Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) Office of the CIO (OCIO) PMO seeks a Manager to drive program and project management practices for major internal technology programs. You will work with Portfolio Leads to ensure accurate status, financial visibility, and timely delivery of complex IT initiatives across multiple portfolios.

Responsibilities include end-to-end lifecycle management, risk and issue resolution, and executive-facing communications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project/program management experience on large, cross-functional IT initiatives.
• 3+ years in SAFe/Agile project leadership including business case development and plan execution.
• 1+ year of people management experience overseeing PMs/Coordinators.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management (planning, forecasting, budgeting, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-risk, complex programs/projects.
• Lead issue/risk management across channels and surfaces.
• Lead IT projects including software, infrastructure, cloud, data migrations.
• Develop business knowledge of assigned portfolios/products.
