Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in technology delivery roles.
• Experience as Product Owner or in PO responsibilities within Agile Scrum.
• Insurance tech experience across policy admin, underwriting, claims, billing, or agency systems.

Mansioni

• Serve as the Product Owner for one or more Agile Scrum teams, maximizing product value through backlog management.
• Own and maintain the Product Backlog with transparent prioritization.
• Define and communicate Product Goals; translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize work based on value, customer impact, regulatory requirements, risk, and dependencies.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to support delivery.
• Review and accept completed work ensuring it meets business needs and quality.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the Scrum team.
• Support modernization initiatives and evolution of insurance systems and platforms.
• Monitor product performance using data and metrics to inform priorities.
