Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of related experience.
• Five years of contract and negotiation experience in private, public, government or military settings.
• Strong written and oral communications and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Global Category Managers in implementing global IT sourcing strategies.
• Establish and manage supplier relationships for cost and service benefits.
• Negotiate and establish supplier contract agreements with focus on price and quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with IT procurement goals.
• Assist and coordinate complex procurement projects with broad impact.
