Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies across cloud infrastructure, SaaS, AI/ML services, data licensing, clearinghouse connectivity, and professional services.
• Lead complex RFx activities, supplier evaluations, commercial assessments, and sourcing recommendations.
• Negotiate multi-year, high-value technology agreements with strong protections for commercial, privacy, and security.
• Drive year-over-year savings, vendor optimization, spend management, and total cost of ownership improvements.
• Establish supplier governance, scorecards, business reviews, and risk mitigation programs.
• Partner with business leaders to set sourcing priorities and strategic direction.
• Provide leadership, coaching, development, and performance management for sourcing personnel.
• Allocate resources and ensure achievement of sourcing and business objectives across categories.
• Manage sourcing-related budgets and savings targets while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance sourcing efficiency and supplier performance.
