Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Global Procurement Excellence Manager to drive strategic procurement initiatives and cross-functional programs in a remote US setting. You will shape the technology roadmap, optimize processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, or project management.
• MBA or PMP preferred; experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with high visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement initiatives and manage projects from concept to delivery.
• Translate goals into actionable procurement strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance, and IT.
• Define and document requirements for systems and digital workflows.
• Develop KPIs, monitor progress, and report to executives.
• Support tool selection, process redesign, and governance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/GxP and ISO standards.
