Atrium in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented IT Procurement & Financial Analyst (Part-Time) to manage technology invoices, vendor contracts, and related financial operations.

The role blends accounts payable, procurement, and IT vendor management, requires high-volume processing, accurate expense allocation, and strong Excel skills. Remote, part-time with a flexible 10-hour week schedule and potential for extension.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in financial operations, AP, procurement, or business operations.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 90 IT vendor invoices monthly, ensuring accurate coding and allocation.
• Allocate expenses across cost centers, projects, and spending categories.
• Validate invoices against contracted rates, purchase orders, and approved services.
• Coordinate invoice approvals and resolve payment discrepancies with Finance and vendors.
• Track IT expenditures and support budget reporting and forecasting.
• Manage vendor agreements, including SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate contract records and track financial commitments.
• Develop and improve SOPs for invoice and contract management.
