Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst (Part-Time) to support IT financial operations, vendor invoicing, procurement administration, and contract tracking. Working approximately 10 hours per week on a fully remote, 4–6 month contract, you will process a high volume of invoices, code to general ledger accounts, and coordinate vendor agreements across IT, Finance, and Legal.

The role requires 3–5 years in related fields, strong Excel and ERP experience, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in operations, financial operations, procurement, or related field.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and Accounts Payable.
• Proficient in Excel for organizing data and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to reconcile invoices against contracts, POs, pricing terms.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills to track approvals.

Responsibilities

• Process ~90 IT vendor invoices per month across software licenses, SaaS, hardware, telecom, and consulting services.
• Code invoices in Workday to GL accounts, cost centers, projects, and spend categories.
• Allocate invoices across IT cost centers and maintain consistent coding for reliable reporting.
• Validate invoice amounts against contracts, POs, and SOWs.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders before payments.
• Route invoices for IT budget owner approvals and track overdue payments.
