Humana seeks an IT Portfolio Management Principal to collaborate with business and technology leaders, promoting portfolio management capabilities and maturing enterprise portfolio practices. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or Business.
10+ years of technical, business, portfolio management, transformation experience.
2+ years supporting strategic initiatives or enterprise transformation.
Experience in Portfolio Management and Investment Governance.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop strategy and operating models.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with clarity.
Strong communication and presentations to senior leaders across Technology and Enterprise.
Advanced facilitation and stakeholder alignment experience.
Experience developing executive roadmaps, frameworks, or enterprise practices.
Strong analytical and continuous improvement skills.
Passion for improving organizational effectiveness and consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

Help develop and execute multi-year portfolio strategies to improve outcomes.
Lead initiatives that strengthen portfolio health, value realization, and funding approaches.
Serve as a trusted advisor to segment and enterprise leaders on portfolio challenges.
Partner with Segment Portfolio leaders to identify adoption challenges and solutions.
Collaborate to design, test, implement, and scale new practices and tools.
Develop executive-ready recommendations and materials for decision-making.
Facilitate alignment across business, technology, portfolio, and governance teams.
Lead or support enterprise portfolio transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
Influence adoption of portfolio practices through coaching and change leadership.
Serve as portfolio integration lead for Corporate, Strategy and Operations Segment.
