Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical, business, portfolio management, transformation, or related experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop strategy and operating models.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while navigating ambiguity.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing executive recommendations and strategic roadmaps.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Passion for advancing organizational effectiveness and consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute multi-year portfolio strategies to improve effectiveness and outcomes.
• Identify initiatives that strengthen portfolio health, value realization, capacity planning, and funding.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to segment and enterprise leaders on portfolio management challenges.
• Partner with Segment Portfolio leaders to identify adoption challenges and practical solutions.
• Collaborate with portfolio partners to design, test, implement, and scale new practices and tools.
• Develop strategic recommendations and executive-ready materials for decision-making.
• Facilitate alignment across business, technology, portfolio, and governance stakeholders.
• Lead or support enterprise portfolio transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Influence adoption of portfolio management through coaching, communication, and change leadership.
• Serve as the portfolio integration lead for Corporate, Strategy and Operations Segment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business or related
