• 10+ years of experience in technical, business, portfolio management, or transformation roles.
• 2+ years supporting strategic initiatives or enterprise transformation efforts.
• Proven expertise in portfolio management and investment governance processes.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders to enhance strategy and organizational capabilities.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leaders.
• Advanced facilitation skills for complex stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year portfolio strategies to improve effectiveness and investment outcomes.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen portfolio health and funding approaches.
