Job summary

Naukri Mitra is seeking a Remote IT Policy Specialist to shape governance, risk, and compliance guidelines for our systems. This full-time, fully remote role focuses on reading regulations, identifying gaps, and writing clear policy that teams can actually follow.

You’ll work with IT teams to maintain alignment between policy and practice, conduct risk assessments, draft new policies, and keep frameworks up to date as regulations evolve. GDPR/HIPAA familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in IT governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like GDPR or HIPAA is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to spot gaps in policies.

Responsibilities

• Review existing IT policies and draft new ones in line with current industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and audit policies to spot weaknesses.
