Naukri Mitra is seeking an experienced IT Risk Compliance Manager to shape and own our risk framework in a fully remote setting. You’ll drive governance, controls, and reporting to keep the business audit‑ready and secure across cloud environments.

You’ll lead audits against SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST, partner with IT, Legal, and HR, and elevate risk awareness through practical training and documentation. This role thrives in a fast‑moving, digital‑first company.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT risk, compliance or cybersecurity.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA or PCI-DSS.
• Solid understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• You’ve built or managed audit/compliance programs before.

Responsabilidades

• Own IT risk management strategy and framework.
• Lead internal audits, control assessments and remediation.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, HR and vendors.
• Prepare for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits.
• Train teams on compliance best practices.
• Manage vendor risk assessments and third‑party compliance.
