Naukri Mitra is seeking a Remote IT Policy Specialist to shape governance, risk, and compliance guidelines for our systems. This full-time, fully remote role focuses on reading regulations, identifying gaps, and writing clear policy that teams can actually follow.
You’ll work with IT teams to maintain alignment between policy and practice, conduct risk assessments, draft new policies, and keep frameworks up to date as regulations evolve. GDPR/HIPAA familiarity is a plus.
Good IT policy doesn't happen by accident — someone has to sit down, think through the risks, and put guidelines in place that people can actually follow. That's the heart of this role. We're looking for a Remote IT Policy Specialist to join Naukri Mitra and help shape the rules that keep our systems secure and compliant.
This is a full-time, fully remote position for someone who enjoys the detail work of policy — reading between the lines of a regulation, spotting a gap before it turns into a problem, and writing guidelines that are clear enough to actually be used. You won't be doing this in isolation; a good chunk of the job involves working closely with IT teams to make sure policy and practice stay in sync.
If you've been searching for IT policy specialist jobs remote or an IT governance specialist vacancy near me that lets you skip the commute, this one's worth a closer look. It also lines up with broader IT compliance hiring 2026 patterns, where dedicated policy roles are becoming a standard part of IT teams rather than an afterthought.
The role comes with a salary of $40,000 per year and built-in flexibility for remote work from day one. At Naukri Mitra, we focus on connecting the right talent with the right opportunity, and this position offers a genuine chance to shape policy rather than simply administer it, alongside a supportive team that values careful, thoughtful work.
The team leans toward collaboration rather than hierarchy — questions are asked openly, and feedback flows in both directions. You'll have the independence to manage your own workload, with colleagues close by whenever a second opinion is needed to sharpen a policy before it goes live.
