Job summary
Naukri Mitra is seeking a Virtual IT Compliance Policy Specialist to strengthen governance and safeguard data across client environments. This fully remote role focuses on building and enforcing IT compliance policies aligned with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
You will audit systems, educate teams, monitor regulatory updates, and report to stakeholders. A Bachelor’s in IT/cybersecurity or related field and 3–5 years of IT compliance experience are required; CISSP/CISA/CISM certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, business admin or related field.
- 3–5 years of IT compliance, risk management or policy development experience.
- CISSP, CISA or CISM certifications are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies tailored to meet regulations and objectives.
- Conduct audits of IT systems and procedures for compliance.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, legal and operations to address gaps.
- Educate and empower teams through training on policies.
- Monitor regulatory updates and adjust policies as needed.
- Support risk management by identifying and mitigating risks.
- Document and report compliance activities to stakeholders.
