Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 2 years in a role focused on compliance, information security, or IT auditing.
• Hands-on familiarity with GRC tools, such as OneTrust, LogicGate, or ServiceNow.
• Prior exposure to cloud-based compliance (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with major frameworks: HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Serve as the point of contact for compliance-related audits and inquiries.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure continuous compliance.
• Lead internal audits to identify gaps in current processes and controls.
• Analyze risks related to data handling, storage, and access; recommend mitigations.
• Monitor emerging threats and advise on strategic responses to new regulations.
• Create training materials for employees and conduct virtual workshops to raise compliance literacy.
• Establish a culture of digital ethics and shared responsibility for cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Engineering, and Product to embed privacy by design.
