xCures, Inc. is a remote-first company seeking a Program Manager for Business Insights and Analytics to own the operational and transactional data layer.

You will turn activity from internal and external users into governed, trusted data the business relies on, reporting to the Strategic Program Manager. You’ll define the data glossary, govern policies, and partner with product and analytics teams to ensure data is accurate, trusted, and reusable across dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning a data governance or BI function.
• Experience building data glossaries, definitions, metadata docs.
• Strong SQL and modern BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Ability to partner across finance, sales, and data teams.
• Able to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Independent and able to drive adoption without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data glossary and business definitions end-to-end.
• Establish data governance policies and quality controls.
• Determine datasets for use and enforce single source of truth.
• Document data lineage from product data to stakeholders.
• Partner with analytics across the business to translate needs.
• Train users on accessing datasets and dashboards.
• Investigate data anomalies and manage escalation for quality issues.
• Support external data consumers with defined datasets.
• Collaborate with product and informatics on data model changes.
