Job summary

Access Data Consulting Corporation is seeking an IT Sales Project Manager to lead multiple technology initiatives that support sales operations and customer-facing functions. Qualifications

• Lead multiple concurrent IT projects supporting sales operations, customer experience, pricing, CRM, and commercial technology initiatives from planning through successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting while ensuring projects remain on track for scope, timeline, and cost.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define requirements, manage priorities, resolve issues, and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and financial performance while providing proactive recommendations to leadership.
• Support project governance by maintaining documentation, facilitating meetings, coordinating rollout activities, and contributing to continuous process improvement within the PMO.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting Sales, CRM, customer experience, pricing, ERP, marketing technology, commercial systems, or order-to-cash processes.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
