Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with identity platforms (Okta/Entra) and IAM programmes.
• Proven ability to scale and lead senior engineering teams.
• Strong multi-cloud infrastructure and security collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of senior IT platform engineers across Identity, Endpoint, and Security.
• Own delivery accountability for major IT programmes and roadmap sequencing.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships with governance and risk oversight.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and People to translate technical risk into business terms.
• Drive end-to-end identity programme maturation, governance, and audit readiness.
