Job summary

ERMCO seeks a Technical Documentation Specialist to create and govern documentation for IT and OT infrastructure. You will translate complex concepts into clear, actionable content and collaborate with Network Operations, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities include documenting network architectures, runbooks, disaster recovery, and compliance with NIST/ISA standards. This remote role covers US states and relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of technical writing experience.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Visio, and Office applications.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and govern IT/OT technical documentation.
Translate complex concepts into clear documentation for IT and OT teams.
Develop templates for policies, standards, procedures, runbooks, and architecture docs.
Ensure version control and approval workflows are followed.
Document network architectures, cloud, servers, firewalls, and OT connectivity.
