Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Visio, and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Governance: develop and maintain documentation standards across IT and OT and ensure version control workflows.
• Infrastructure Documentation: document network architectures, connectivity models, IP allocation standards, and inventory.
• Operational Documentation: create SOPs, incident runbooks, change management procedures, and disaster recovery docs.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: support controls documentation and alignment to NIST, Purdue, ISA/IEC 62443 and audits.
• Project Documentation: develop technical specs, installation guides, cutover plans, and training materials.
• Knowledge Management: manage SharePoint repositories, establish taxonomies, and improve document accessibility.
