Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple IT fulfillment and IT asset management teams.
• Partner with business leadership to set SLAs and monitor performance against them.
• Act as escalation point for issues and develop escalation processes accordingly.
• Manage staffing levels and IT assets inventory to meet demand.
