Job summary

Jobot, based in Atlanta, seeks an IT Manager to oversee technology operations, security, and policy execution aligned with business goals. You will lead cross-functional IT teams to deliver secure, scalable mortgage technology solutions.

You will manage budgets, vendor relations, and project delivery while ensuring GLBA and FTC Safeguards compliance. Experience with LOS and MeridianLink is valued, along with 365, Entra ID, and Azure AD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or related field.
• 2+ years in IT management, preferably in mortgage.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure AD, LOS, MeridianLink and mortgage systems.
• Strong knowledge of GLBA and FTC Safeguards Rule.
• Certifications: SC-300, Azure, CISSP, CISM, ITIL.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with strategic focus.
• Ability to manage, prioritize tasks and solve problems.
• Strong project management and ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them against goals.
• Devise IT policies and systems to implement strategy.
• Analyze business requirements to determine tech needs.
• Identify upgrades or new systems and report to management.
• Coordinate IT managers and supervise staff to provide guidance.
• Control budget and report expenditure.
• Build vendor relationships and cost-efficient contracts.
• Ensure GLBA and FTC Safeguards compliance.
• Develop disaster and recovery plans.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure AD, LOS and MeridianLink usage.
