Job summary

Aquia is seeking a detail-oriented IT Operations Specialist to support our internal technology stack in a fully remote, US-based role. You will own the help desk, manage endpoint security and SaaS tooling, and collaborate with leadership on infrastructure initiatives to enable secure, scalable IT across the company.

As Aquia scales, you will gain ownership over technology adoption decisions, including AI tool governance, while maintaining strong documentation and security posture.

Qualifications

• Based in United States and able to pass a background check.
• 3–5+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with MDM/UEM platforms (ManageEngine or equivalent like Jamf, Intune).
• Experience administering endpoint security tooling (Sophos, CrowdStrike, or similar).
• Proficiency administering Google Workspace and Slack; O365 okay as a substitute.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT help desk function for internal staff.
• Manage endpoint and SaaS tooling (MDM/UEM, security).
• Coordinate device lifecycle, inventory, procurement, shipping, and decommissioning.
