Job summary

Devengine is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to drive migrations of advisor email domains to a compliant platform across a Canadian wealth management network. The role is remote, a five-month initial contract, and requires coordinating with non-technical users to map current setups to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

You will manage a high volume of advisor conversations, track status against the deadline, escalate blockers, and partner with technical teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of migration or project coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with ability to explain tech concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.

Responsibilities

• Run outreach and discovery calls with advisors to understand email setup and configuration.
• Coordinate migrations to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and implement journaling/archiving rules.
• Track migration status across domains and escalate non-responsive or non-compliant advisors.
