Job summary

Wealthspire Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead application and email migrations and office integration initiatives. You will coordinate with engineering teams, manage timelines, and communicate with clients to ensure successful migrations.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work with technical stakeholders, and willingness to travel as needed. Prior experience with O365, Teams, SharePoint, and MS Project is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years' experience in managing technical projects.
• Experience with migrations – application, OS, data center and office integration.
• Comfortable with technical terms and working with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Review email migration processes and verify employee rosters.
• Track email migration tasks with engineers and identify risk.
• Provide project status using Office Timeline and Power Apps to clients.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes and action items.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and QA for migration projects.
