Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization's technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support. The role leads a small IT team and reports to the VP, Finance, with remote flexibility and travel to Ashland, OH facilities as needed.

The ideal candidate has deep Microsoft, identity management (Entra ID), endpoint security, and network experience, plus a track record of improving IT operations and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience including infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT security best practices.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or providing leadership to a small IT team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user technology.
• Lead and mentor a small IT team with technical direction.
• Administer Windows Server environments and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Handle Intune device management, configurations, and endpoint security.
• Oversee Cisco Meraki network infrastructure and Defender endpoints.
• Establish IT security best practices and patch management; monitor alerts.
• Oversee backup, DR, and business continuity processes.
• Lead IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and vendor management.
