Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an IT Leader to manage the Services Outage Execution portfolio for Global Services. You will guide transformation and optimization, shaping strategy using the Services value stream framework and leading a team across outage workflows.

You will oversee infrastructure logistics, site connectivity, and readiness standards to ensure field teams are fully site-ready before customer engagements, while driving programs to improve productivity and data access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology areas with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of the Services Outage Execution process and its associated application portfolio.
• Lead field readiness initiatives and ensure site connectivity for a mobile, customer-facing workforce.
• Drive strategic productivity and innovation programs, including AI-enabled data accessibility.
• Collaborate with operations and field service leaders to deliver IT-enabled outage milestones.
