Job summary

NexusTek is seeking an IT Knowledge Specialist to build and maintain knowledge assets for our Managed Services Organization. You will standardize templates and taxonomy, collaborate with SMEs, and drive AI-assisted content development with human review to close knowledge gaps.

You will support client onboardings by ensuring proper documentation is ready at go-live and track knowledge health metrics for leadership updates. This is a remote, US-based role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT, MSP, or technical support, with knowledge-content duties.
• Experience applying templates, taxonomy, and lifecycle for articles.

Responsibilities

• Shape knowledge strategy and roadmap with MSO leaders.
• Create and maintain knowledge standards (templates, taxonomy, ownership, review cycles).
• Review usage of knowledge tools and recommend improvements.
• Use AI to identify gaps and generate/update articles with human review.
• Capture tacit knowledge from SMEs into searchable content.
• Support large client onboardings with organized knowledge for go-live.
• Track knowledge health metrics and report progress to leadership.
