A leading healthcare organization is seeking an AI Knowledge Management and Content Strategy Consultant for a remote, temporary assignment (27–52 weeks). The role focuses on optimizing support and operational content to ease AI integration in a regulated environment.

You will develop and refine content for AI tools, collaborate with stakeholders, and use analytics to improve knowledge sharing and user experience while upholding governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge management and content strategy beyond basic technical writing.
• Ability to write, structure, and optimize content for AI consumption and retrieval.
• Practical prompt engineering skills to enhance content quality and user interaction.
• Experience supporting service, operations, or internal support teams and understanding their challenges.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and standards in healthcare or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine content to ensure compatibility with AI tools and self-service channels.
