Job summary

AIT Global Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead IT projects across Infrastructure, Security, and Analytics. You will apply waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches to balance agility with predictability and deliver business value to users.

The role manages multiple concurrent, high-visibility projects, coordinating with technical teams, vendors, and business units. A BA/BS and 3–5 years of IT project management are preferred; PMP/CAPM or PMI-ACP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Information Technology Project Management experience.
• Experience in an IT related field preferred.
• Ability to adapt methodologies to projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects across Infrastructure, Security, Business Systems & Operations, and Analytics.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, and escalations; deliver value.
• Own 2–4 projects; build and manage schedules; control scope and deliverables.
• Provide project level estimates and reporting to leadership (status, risks, escalations).
• Identify and remove roadblocks; orchestrate cross-team delivery.
• Coordinate across technical teams, business units, and vendors.
