Job summary

APS (Arizona Public Service) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Delivery Management Consultant to ensure infrastructure services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customer needs. This role serves as a key connection point between stakeholders and IT teams, helping prioritize work, coordinate resources, and support the successful introduction of new technologies.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, business or related field.
8 years of progressively responsible related experience.
Understanding of I&O operations, service delivery and technology support environments.
Knowledge of service management concepts and practical applications.
Proficiency with PC applications including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word.

Responsibilities

Communicate, coordinate, and champion all business requirements into I&O strategy and services.
Build positive and productive relationships with I&O customers.
Monitor and track performance to ensure alignment with business needs and technology outcomes.
Coordinate inquiries, status and results across projects within the customer portfolio.
