Experis in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Sr. Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to lead modern workplace, Azure cloud operations, and hybrid infrastructure efforts. The role requires onsite work in Bloomington or Milpitas, CA, five days a week, with a pay range of $150k–$160k.

The position emphasizes administering M365, Intune, Entra ID, and VMware, while coordinating with security teams, developers, and stakeholders to drive cloud modernization and secure, reliable IT operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or cloud operations experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune in a production environment.
• Experience with endpoint management and modern device lifecycle management.
• Azure administration experience supporting cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, and device lifecycle management.
• Design, deploy, and support Windows Autopilot solutions for zero-touch provisioning and device onboarding.
• Support identity and access management initiatives including Entra ID, MFA, conditional access, hybrid identity, and SSO integrations.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to improve the employee technology experience through modern workplace technologies.
