Pella Corporation is seeking a Senior Microsoft Administrator to architect, administer, secure, and improve the Microsoft infrastructure. You will design and optimize Hyper‑V virtualization, Intune endpoint management, Microsoft 365 services, and hybrid identity through Active Directory and Entra ID.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, IT, or a related field.
10+ years of hands-on system administration experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage enterprise infrastructure projects.
Migrate, upgrade, and modernize IT processes to reduce technical debt.
Provide Tier 3 technical support and escalate complex issues.
Oversee backup, recovery, and high availability strategies.
Document configurations, policies, and procedures; participate in on-call / incident response.
