Job summary

LogicSource in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Manager of Indirect Procurement- Generalist to build and manage client vendor portfolios, lead RFPs, and drive cost improvements across marketing, IT, and facilities. Role reports to the Sourcing & Procurement leadership and requires strong cross-functional collaboration.

The position offers a full-time, hybrid work environment with travel up to 10% and close interaction with client stakeholders up to the C-suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years cross-functional experience in marketing procurement and supplier management.
• Proven success managing indirect categories, vendors, and high-value contracts.
• Strong program and vendor management skills; on-time delivery.
• Experience with marketing teams and e-sourcing software.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate indirect category sourcing strategies across HR, IT, facilities, and more.
• Lead large-scale RFPs and vendor negotiations for clients.
• Analyze spend to drive efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.
• Collaborate with LogicSource’s Center of Excellence to align with client goals.
• Manage multiple projects with on-time delivery and measurable results.
• Provide client insights and guidance throughout the relationship lifecycle.
• Maintain supplier onboarding, performance reviews, and audits.
• Stay current on marketing technology and industry best practices.
