Job summary

LogicSource, Inc. is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive IT and indirect category strategies across multiple clients. You will manage cross-functional teams, lead RFx processes, and optimize supplier performance to achieve cost savings and compliance.

The role requires substantial vendor management experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed. Hybrid work options are available in supported locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing procurement processes, vendors and contracts at senior level.
• Proven success in IT and Indirect Procurement or supply chain management roles.
• Expertise across IT hardware, software, telecom and related services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT and related category sourcing strategies.
• Provide SME guidance to clients and internal teams over the client lifecycle.
• Analyze spending and procurement processes to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Lead multiple projects with on-time delivery and measurable results.
• Manage large-scale RFx processes via sourcing software.
• Lead discovery sessions and review RFx documents with clients.
• Create templates in Ariba and standardize processes.
• Enter data and gather information for analyses.
• Launch RFx processes and monitor vendor progress.
• Summarize RFx results for SMEs and stakeholders.
• Source suppliers and manage relationships; negotiate best pricing.
• Advise on specifications improvement and value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain vendor ecosystem and national marketplace knowledge.
• Advise client teams on vendor performance and opportunities.
• Maintain supplier management, onboarding, monitoring and auditing.
• Support onsite teams in vendor issue resolution.
• Stay updated on industry innovations and share best practices.
• Develop and deliver client presentations.
