Job summary

LogicSource, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring a Manager of Indirect Procurement to lead client vendor portfolios and execute large-scale sourcing projects across Marketing, IT, corporate services, and facilities. You will partner with client stakeholders up to the C-suite and coordinate with our Center of Excellence to align with client goals.

You will negotiate, drive savings, and ensure compliant procurement while building strong relationships in the national marketing services marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years cross-functional or progressive experience in marketing and strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
• Solid expertise across indirect categories from a sourcing and procurement perspective.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure on-time delivery.
• Experience with e-sourcing software in a marketing environment.
• Exposure to or experience working with corporate Marketing teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing strategies for indirect categories for clients.
• Provide insight and subject matter expertise across the client relationship lifecycle.
• Analyze client spend and procurement processes to identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, process compliance, quality, and cost.
• Liaise with LogicSource’s Center of Excellence to drive effective sourcing strategies.
• Lead multiple projects on time with appropriate results.
• Build and execute large-scale RFPs through our sourcing software.
• Negotiate pricing and services using sourcing methodologies.
• Counsel stakeholders on value engineering to drive cost containment and savings.
