The position is hybrid in the US, with remote consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years in IT with at least 3 years in network and security.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; must reside within 50 miles of a US Eaton facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead security and network design discussions and lifecycle management.
• Deliver technology solutions across IT and business functions, with risk awareness.
• Monitor platforms and networks to ensure performance and capacity.
• Identify process improvements to boost IT efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support global IT systems and operations.
• Deploy secure network solutions with BRMs and business units.
• Configure and maintain security tools for posture and enforcement.
• Advance automation with Ansible, Terraform, Python, Powershell, and related tools.
• Tune systems to balance security with operations and delivery.
• Collaborate with security stakeholders to improve prevention and response.
• Support security activities for acquisitions/divestitures.
