Job summary

Benepass is seeking an IT & Identity Manager to lead our IT function as a hands-on executive, remote with reporting to the Head of Infosec & GRC. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape IT strategy and governance.

You will set the IT roadmap, manage identity governance, SaaS administration, and endpoint operations, while automating workflows with APIs and Okta Workflows. A strong background in Python or scripting is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT systems, identity, or SaaS administration.
• Strong Okta, Google Workspace, and Jamf Pro experience.
• Proficiency with Python, shell scripting, or Google Apps Script.

Responsibilities
