Talentoma is seeking a Service Desk Representative to begin each shift by the open service desk queue, handling calls, emails, and tickets with clear responses. This entry-level role sits on the IT support team and collaborates with users, technical staff, system administrators, and vendors when escalation is needed.

This fully remote role is based in Pennsylvania, United States, offering a 40-hour weekly commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow troubleshooting steps and explain technical instructions clearly.
• Reliable home workspace with quiet environment and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming service tickets, calls, and emails, identify user, device, issue, and urgency.
• Ask focused questions to understand reported issues before providing guidance.
• Create and update tickets in the IT help desk system with troubleshooting steps and status.
• Use AnyDesk for remote view and basic troubleshooting when authorized.
