Original Composites and Fiberglass is seeking an organized IT Financial Analyst to support financial and administrative functions for the IT organization. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, invoices, and contract management to ensure cost controls and alignment with IT projects.

You will collaborate with IT leadership, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, and vendors to manage spend, renewals, and capital expenditure while fostering scalable processes and strong supplier relationships in

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of financial planning, forecasting and analysis.
• Experience supporting IT services, software and subscriptions spend.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP or similar finance platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Ability to operate in a global matrixed environment.

Mansioni

• Partner with IT, Finance, Sourcing, Legal and suppliers to validate quotes and invoices.
• Create, submit, track, and administer IT purchase requisitions and orders.
• Maintain visibility of open POs, committed spend and renewal schedules.
• Support software/subscription purchasing and license validation.
• Process vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collect and submit monthly IT expense forecasts.
• Generate spend reports and variance analyses against forecast.
• Support monthly/quarterly close and cost center reconciliations.
• Assist IT budgeting and capital spend planning with leadership.
• Monitor IT supplier contracts, leases and renewal documentation.
• Provide status updates to IT leadership on pipeline and budget variances.
