Job summary

Progressive seeks an IT process analyst senior or lead on the IT Financial Planning and Analysis team within IT Control. You will evaluate processes, strengthen reporting, and improve how data and tools support business decisions across IT and Finance.

Remote role for US-based work; collaborate with stakeholders, drive adoption of improved processes, analyze data trends, and deliver insights into technology costs and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT infrastructure, process design/improvement, PM, vendor management, controls or IT support.
• Associate's degree or higher in Business/Technical field and 5+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes and strengthen reporting to support decisions.
• Improve how data and tools are used to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance partners to align priorities.
• Identify process improvements and drive adoption of new processes.
• Analyze data/trends and develop recommendations for efficiency.
• Implement solutions for cost forecasting and meaningful insights.
