Job summary

Original Composites & Fiberglass is seeking a highly organized IT Technical Buyer & Financial Analyst to support IT purchasing, financial analysis, and contract administration. You will manage requisitions, POs, invoicing, and budgeting, partnering with IT, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, and suppliers to ensure accurate spend and compliance during a dynamic separation from the acquisition.

The role requires 5+ years in financial planning and procurement, familiarity with SAP or similar ERP, strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, purchasing administration, or related roles.
Experience supporting an IT organization is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary IT buyer and financial analyst for IT spend and vendor contracts.
Create and manage IT purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with policy.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, and suppliers to clarify requirements and resolve invoices.
Maintain visibility of open POs, committed spend, renewals, and invoicing risks.
Support software licensing, term renewals, and capitalization decisions.
Assist month-end close, accruals, and cost center allocations for IT spend.
Support annual IT budgeting and forecasting based on stakeholder inputs.
Provide reporting on spend variances and forecast impact to IT leadership.
