Job summary

Zeitview, Inc. is seeking a mid-level IT Engineer to join their Corporate IT team. This fully remote role supports a distributed, US-based workforce and focuses on core systems, identity, endpoint management, and security.

The candidate will work with IT leadership on tool rollouts, security hardening, and onboarding/offboarding automation, while mentoring junior staff and improving cross-time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or hands-on equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in IT engineering, systems administration, or related role.
• Experience administering identity/SaaS platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, M365, MDM).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and remote work environments.

Responsibilities

• Own core systems, infrastructure and security for a remote-first company.
• Mentor junior IT staff and partner with IT leadership on projects.
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based services for remote workforce.
• Respond to complex issues and provide escalation support to helpdesk.
