Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a motivated IT Engineer to join our Corporate IT team. This junior yet high-impact role focuses on identity, access, endpoint management, and lifecycle workflows in a SaaS-first, highly automated IT environment.

You will partner with the IT Operations Engineer and Security to grow into identity-driven automation and secure IT practices while supporting a fully remote team across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT support, IT operations, or systems-focused roles.
• Experience providing Tier 1–2 IT support in a SaaS-heavy environment.
• Solid understanding of IAM fundamentals: SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience supporting macOS environments or strong endpoint fundamentals.
• Comfort with CLI/terminal environments.
• Ability to read/modify scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM platforms and user lifecycle workflows.
• Oversee SSO/SCIM integrations with SaaS tools.
• Enforce least-privilege access and perform access reviews.
• Provision/deprovision access in a timely, secure manner.
• Manage macOS endpoints with Addigy, Iru, or similar.
• Handle device enrollment, compliance, and lifecycle workflows.
• Coordinate device prep, shipping, replacements, and offboarding recovery.
• Maintain endpoint security baselines and configurations.
• Drive onboarding/offboarding processes and lifecycle automation.
• Build low-code/no-code automations (Okta Workflows) to reduce manual work.
• Document and audit lifecycle processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Provide day-to-day IT support across identity, SaaS apps, and macOS endpoints.
• Escalate complex access/integration/device issues.
• Perform structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
