Ondo Finance is hiring a remote IT Engineer to join our Corporate IT team and own identity, access, and endpoint management in a SaaS-first environment.

You will support onboarding/offboarding, device enrollment, and automated lifecycle processes while collaborating with Security to uphold least-privilege access. This junior-but-high-impact role offers remote work across the USA and growth into identity-driven automation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems-focused roles.
• Experience providing Tier 1–2 IT support in a SaaS-heavy environment.
• Strong understanding of IAM, SSO, SCIM, MFA, and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Identity, Access & SaaS Operations across IAM platforms.
• Endpoint & Device Management for macOS and lifecycle workflows.
• Employee Lifecycle & Automation including onboarding/offboarding and device setup.
• Vendor Lifecycle & IT Operations support, procurement and asset tracking.
