Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an IT Director for Payroll and Time & Attendance Technology, remote in the United States.

You will partner with HR & Payroll to define strategy, deliver and support enterprise platforms for payroll, workforce management, and timekeeping across a global manufacturing organization. Lead UKG Workforce Manager and ADP Payroll initiatives, drive integrations with Workday, ERP, and reporting tools, and establish governance, architecture, and operating models to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• 12+ years IT experience with 8+ years delivering Payroll, Time & Attendance, workforce management or HR tech.
• 5+ years people management of analysts, architects, or application staff.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Manager and ADP Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, timekeeping, scheduling, labor rules, and compliance.
• Experience integrating HCM, timekeeping, payroll, ERP, identity, and reporting systems.
• Experience leading large-scale implementations and support models.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technology roadmap for Payroll and Time & Attendance capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of Payroll & Workforce Management deployments.
• Drive seamless integration between Workday, UKG, ADP, ERP, and reporting tools.
• Own production support and ensure payroll-critical service windows and data quality.
• Establish governance, standards, and operating models for vendor management and releases.
• Drive automation and process harmonization across system workflows.
