Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a remote IT Director, Master Data Management to lead and mature our enterprise MDM practice, owning the platform roadmap and data governance framework.

The role blends hands-on technical depth with strategic leadership, mentoring a team of MDM professionals and guiding data quality and cross-domain modeling. This position collaborates with C-level partners to deliver a single, trusted view of core data assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in master data management, data governance, or data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise MDM platforms (EnterWorks, Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, or comparable solutions).
• Strong knowledge of MDM design patterns including multi-domain data modeling, match-merge and entity resolution, survivorship logic, hierarchy management, and golden record creation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology and data integration with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority on enterprise MDM, including data modeling, match-merge configuration, survivorship rules, and golden record creation.
• Review complex, cross-domain MDM solutions to ensure data quality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Define and enforce MDM standards for data domain modeling, hierarchy management, and environment promotion workflows.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of data quality failures and drive durable remediation across systems.
• Develop and maintain MDM policies, standards, and governance procedures to support compliance and business goals.
• Partner with IT and business teams to deliver a single, trusted view of product, customer, and vendor data.
