Job summary

Matlen Silver seeks a Contract Management Specialist in Blue Ash, OH (remote initially) to support Portfolio Operations with IT labor and services contracts lifecycle management.

You will handle new requests, renewals, changes, POs, budgeting, and data integrity, coordinating with vendors, sourcing teams, and portfolio leads. The role requires 3–5 years in contract management and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of contract management experience, preferably IT contracts.
• Experience managing full contract lifecycle: new, renewals, extensions, changes.
• Track contract expiration dates and renewal activities.
• Manage multiple contracts and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with purchase orders, budgeting, and financial tracking.
• Understand IT services/labor contracting: MSP, fixed-bid, T&M.
• Proactive follow-up with stakeholders to move contracts forward.
• Ability to work with vendors, sourcing teams, portfolio leads, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT labor and services contracts lifecycle, including requests, renewals, extensions, and PO management.
• Track budget, invoicing, and contract data accuracy.
