Qualifications

• 3–5 years of contract management experience, preferably IT labor/services.
• Experience managing the contract lifecycle, including renewals and changes.
• Strong Excel skills and budgeting/PO experience.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT labor and services contract lifecycle from requests to renewals.
• Track deadlines, expiration dates, and renewal activities.
• Prepare purchase orders and support budgeting and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Operations, sourcing teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate contract and operating information.
