Job summary

Golden Technology is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support IT labor and services contracts within Portfolio Operations. The role focuses on contract lifecycle management, vendor interactions, and ensuring timely execution of requests, renewals, and purchase orders.

You will collaborate with portfolio leads and sourcing teams to monitor deadlines, maintain accurate contract data, and contribute to budgeting and financial tracking as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of contract management experience, preferably IT labor or technology contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, renewals, and stakeholder requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract activities including new requests, changes, renewals, and extensions.
• Proactively track expiration dates and engage stakeholders ahead of renewals.
• Coordinate with portfolio leads to understand requirements, timelines, and renewal needs.
• Review requests for completeness and ensure required information is captured.
• Place Coupa purchase orders and support related purchasing and invoicing activities.
• Maintain accurate contract information in systems and tracking tools.
• Assist with operating budgets and other Portfolio Operations activities as needed.
• Communicate status, risks, and actions clearly to stakeholders.
